Grundfos environmental well pumps can be used for purging, groundwater sampling, monitoring wells and recovery wells.
The Grundfos Redi-Flo2 variable performance environmental pump combines state-of-the-art technology into a light, compact and yet powerful submersible well pump for precise, accurate, and reproducible groundwater purging and sampling. The Redi-Flo2 Environmental Pump is 2 inches in diameter to fit in the smallest wells, and can installed as a portable or “dedicated” system.
The Grundfos Redi-Flo3 (SQE-NE) environmental remediation pumps feature an all new high efficiency permanent-magnet motor that not only delivers ultra-high starting torque, but also provides internal protection against pump dry-run, over and under voltage, plus overload and over-temperature safety. The Redi-Flo3 pump-end uses a floating impeller technology and environmentally tough materials of construction to give excellent wear resistance and solids handling capability. This meets the stringent requirements of environmental applications. The combination of integrated microelectronics in the pump and the optional Redi-Flo3 status box at the surface allows communication with the pump through standard electrical motor leads. No additional wires are required. This feature also provides the integration of multiple sensors, digital input and relays without traditional extra electronics and cost .
The Grundfos Redi-Flo4 submersible well pumps are constructed of virgin Teflon® and stainless steel to handle the rigors of contaminated groundwater monitoring and continuous operation in environmental remediation applications. The Redi-Flo4 pump ends are equipped with integral check valves for reliable, jam-free back flow prevention.
Goulds offers a full line of centrifugal pumps which includes pumps for environmental applications. Goulds pumps are constructed of stainless Steel, cast iron and bronze in both self priming and standard configurations. Close coupled, frame mounted and SAE engine drive options are available. Pumps are available with flows up to 5,000 GPM and 400 feet TDH. Goulds centrifugal pumps are designed to handle a wide range of water and mild chemical applications.
